Writers are not responsible for customer fraud.

• We protect our writers and editors from the risks in volved in dealing with malicious clients. As long as the work is accepted, the writer or editor will be paid.

Refusal of Payment Happens When...

• When a customer is not satisfied with the work done, he or she will send it back with productive feedback, and you will be asked to revise your work until the customer is satisfied.
  
  To meet any and all of our customer's requirements, revisions must be completed within 24 hours. Refusal to revise your written work will result in cancelation and a refund to the customer, which cancels payment to you, the writer. However, if the customer is satisfied with the revisions you have made, your will receive your payment in full, without any fine.
  
  
• Work does not follow English Platform's writing guidelines and is deemed poor and not acceptable.
  
  
• The writer fails to complete and deliver the work by the assigned deadline.
  
  
• Agreed terms are breached or violated.
  
  
• English Platform finds plagiarism in the writer's work. In this case, English Platform will not only refuse the said work, but also terminate further working relationship with the writer.
